Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that postage charges are non-refundable.  

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returned items.  We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at pubdwellersinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
